Rob and Angela Loewen

I'm Rob Loewen with Coldwell Banker Distinctive Properties, I live and work in Montrose CO.

I have been a Western Colorado native since 1970, living for over 40 years in the Grand Junction area where my wife Angela and I raised two boys, and owned several successful businesses which have all contributed to my entering into a Real estate career. We have been in luxury real estate since 1995 and have built and sold many luxury properties in western Colorado, Including several in golf course communities in Grand Junction and Montrose. I personally have been on both the buyers side and the sellers side of dozens of real estate transactions over the years so I have a personal appreciation for the process and can help navigate  through it with clients.

As an avid outdoorsman I have a passion for living in and around the mountain communities of Western Colorado And as a builder I love Farm, Ranch, and Mountain properties that allow us to live out our dreams.
